Before confirming your reservation for any trek, excursion, or expedition, we kindly ask you to take a moment to carefully read through our Terms and Conditions. These are intended to ensure that you fully understand the nature of your journey and the services provided. To make the most of your experience, we also strongly recommend reviewing the Trip Info relevant to your chosen itinerary prior to booking.
By confirming a reservation with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted our Booking Conditions, which form the complete agreement between you and our agency. The specific inclusions and exclusions related to each journey are outlined separately within the detailed itinerary or blog post for that trip.
Required Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold a valid passport and have obtained all necessary visas, permits, and certifications prior to departure. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the conclusion of your trip. For details regarding entry requirements, please consult the Trip Info for your specific itinerary.
Please note that we are not responsible if you are denied entry to any country due to incomplete or invalid travel documentation. In such cases, your trip will be considered cancelled and subject to the standard cancellation policy.
Personal Information
To verify and process your booking, you must provide the following information in full:
Your full name as it appears in your passport
Date of birth, gender, and nationality
Passport number, issue date, and expiration date
Important: Disclosure of any pre-existing health conditions that may affect your ability to complete the trip. This information must be accurate and submitted at the time of booking.
Medical Requirements
All participants intending to trek above 6,000 metres must submit a medical certificate from a licensed physician confirming their fitness for high-altitude travel, regardless of age.
Travellers aged 65 years or older are required to undergo a physical examination and provide written medical clearance before undertaking any trek.
Cost Adjustments and Exclusions
All quotations are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. Prices may be adjusted in the event of changes in factors such as fuel costs, inflation, currency exchange rates, government regulations, or supplier pricing.
We reserve the right to revise the itinerary or pricing where necessary, always acting reasonably and in line with the circumstances.
The following are not included in the trip cost:
Airport departure taxes and entry visa fees
Travel insurance
Excess baggage charges
Additional meals and beverages
Tips for guides and porters
Personal laundry, hot showers in lodges, medical treatment, and other personal expenses
Liability Disclaimer
While Everest Alpine Trekking acts with the utmost care and diligence in arranging treks, expeditions, transportation, accommodation, and logistics, we do so solely as an intermediary. We do not accept liability for any loss, injury, delay, theft, accident, or inconvenience arising from services provided by third parties, including our guides and local representatives.
We are not responsible for any changes to the itinerary caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen events.
In accordance with Nepalese law, we are not required to provide public liability insurance. We recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings, and emergency evacuation.
