Day 1: Arrive in KTM, Transfer to hotel, Trek briefing and kit check ups
Day 2: Fly to Lukla and a short trek to Phakding 2610 m | 8 km | 3-4 hrs
Day 3: Trek Phakding to Namche Bazaar 3440 m |10-12 km | 5-6 hrs
Day 4: Namche Bazaar – Rest day and acclimatisation 3440 m
Day 5: Trek Namche Bazaar to Tengboche 3870 m | 10 km | 6 hrs
Day 6: Trek Tengboche to Dingboche 4400 m | 11 km | 6 hrs
Day 7: Dingboche- Rest and acclimatisation 4400 m
Day 8: Trek Dingboche to Lobuche 4900 m | 11-12 km | 6-7 hrs
Day 9: Trek Lobuche to Gorakshep- Everest Base Camp - Gorakshep 5180, EBC - 5364 m | 15 km | 8 hrs
Day 10: Trek Gorakshep - Kala Pathar 5545 - Pheriche 4320 | 13 km | 6 hrs
Day 11: Trek Pheriche to Namche 3440 m | 15 km | 8 hrs
