Each member of our guiding team has in-depth knowledge of the regions they operate in. You will be assigned region-specific guides based on your chosen route, as different areas present unique challenges in terms of terrain, climate, and altitude. From the moment you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our team will be there to welcome you, provide transport, and support you throughout your journey in Nepal.
Pema Dorjee Sherpa
With over 25 years of experience in the Himalayas, Pema Dorjee Sherpa is a highly respected mountain and trekking guide who has successfully summited Mount Everest multiple times. Born in the Solukhumbu region, he began his journey as a porter and steadily rose through years of dedication, formal training, and hands-on leadership in the mountains. As the founder of Everest Alpine Trekking, he brings deep local knowledge, international certifications, and a heartfelt commitment to creating safe, enriching, and unforgettable Himalayan adventures.
Pema Chiri Sherpa
Pema is a highly qualified and experienced trekking, climbing, and expedition guide with Everest Alpine Trekking. He has successfully led numerous expeditions and has summited Island Peak (6,189 m), Lobuche Peak (6,119 m), and Mera Peak (6,476 m) on multiple occasions.
Pasang Kaji Sherpa
Pasang Kaje Sherpa is a qualified trekking guide with Everest Alpine Trekking. He has completed the Guide Training programme conducted by the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) and has been working as a trekking and safety briefing guide for the past 14 years. His extensive experience and calm, reliable nature make him a trusted companion on the trails.
Karma Geljen Sherpa
Karma Geljen Sherpa is one of the most qualified and experienced trekking, peak climbing, and expedition guides at Everest Alpine Trekking. With a distinguished career in the Himalayas, he has successfully summited Mount Everest four times (8,848 m) and Ama Dablam once (6,812 m). His depth of knowledge, calm leadership, and proven high-altitude expertise make him an invaluable member of our guiding team.

Wangchu Sherpa is a qualified trekking Cook of Everest Alpine Trekking He has taken KEEP training, Nepal Academy of Tourism Board (NATHM) Guide training, First Training, Weather Forcast training, Cultural training, and he has been working as a trekking guide and safety brief guide for 15 years experience
