Day 01 :

ARRIVE in KATHMANDU.

Our represent will receive you from the Kathmandu airport. Please look for your namecard. After formal meeting, you will drive to the Hotel. There is an option of familiarization walk in the evening that ends with an attractive dinner. (Walk through the old Kathmandu to tourist center of Thamel)

Day 02 :

KATHMANDU SIGHTSEEING

Come to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Your tour guide will be introduced. He will guide you through the Heritage Sites of Kathmandu. An easy, relaxing day in a comfortable ride with a local guide will uncover totally different perspective of Kathmandu.
Sightseeing Points – Pasupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swyambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) and Kathmandu Durbar Square.

Day 03 :

FLY OR DRIVE TO POKHARA

After breakfast, we will drive to the airport (5 km) for a flight to Pokhara. 25 mints. flight to Pokhara is spectacular with Himalayan view all along its route. You can enjoy the ambiance of Pokhara in the natural settings with towering Himalayas in the back drop. Visit Devi's Fall and Tibetan Refugee Camp. Explore Phewa lakeside market. Phewa lake boating in the evening to catch the reflection of Himalayas on the Phewa Lake.

POKHARA TOUR

Pokhara is a natural capital of Nepal and a starting point of trekking in Annapurna. Pokhara exploration includes drive or hike to several view points for different perspectives of geographical enigmas. One can hike and mountain bike to several hillsides like Sarangkot, World Peace Stupa etc. Your exploration sites will be designed according to your preferences.

Day 05 :

FLY BACK TO KATHMANDU | BHAKTAPUR & PATAN TOUR

After breakfast, we will drive to the Pokhara Airport and fly back to Kathmandu. After checking in Hotel, drive to Bhaktapur. Bhaktapur is the living heritage of Newars, the aboriginal of Kathmandu. Patan in the south of Kathmandu is also know as 'city of fine art'. This is also believed as the oldest existing Buddhist city in the world.

Day 06 :

DRIVE TO KATHMANDU AIRPORT FOR FINAL DEPARTURE

Following breakfast, meet your representative in the hotel lobby with your belongings. Depart for Tribhuwan International Airport at least 3 hours before your flight. Your representative will see you off at the departure gate, wishing you a safe journey.

What is the best season for this trip?

Best season for tour is usually March-April and October-November but Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan tour can be done in February, June, April, May and December as well.

What type of shape do I need to be in, is this trip for me?

Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan tour is suitable for any kind of person who is moderately fit, no previous experience is required.

Will somebody come to pick me up at the airport?

Yes, our company representative will be there to greet you. He will be displaying your name outside the airport terminal. You will be transferred to your related hotel by our private vehicle.

What sort of accommodation can I expect in this tour?

We provide two or three star level hotel accommodation for the entire tour. The hotel offer the facilities of attached bathrooms, dining room, a bar, internet access, hot shower and so forth. If you want to upgrade the accommodation to a five star hotel for the entire tour for an additional charge.

What is the weather & temperature like?

It depends upon season. During winter (November to February), It is colder at night time and relatively warmer during the day time, with the temperature ranging from around 4 degree at night to 23 degree at day time. Between March and May, the weather stay perfect as the temperature averages 25 degree during the day time. From September to December, following to monsoon, the temperature gets cooler and allows for a great time to travel. The average temperature during this season is 22 degree.

Can I use credit cards in the places I visit?

ATM’s are available in Kathmandu, Pokhara & Chitwan. Major credit cards are accepted in all places but you need to pay 4% extra as bank levy, which might make cash more preferable.

What sort of food can I expect in the tour?

All the restaurants that we dine at cater for continental, Chinese, Mexican, American based cuisine with some local influences, always plenty to choose from.

How much additional money I need per day?

We estimate USD 15 to 20 a day will enough to buy lunch, dinner, chocolates and a few drinks.

What mode of transportation do you use?

Depending on nature of travel we provide different vehicle service. We provide tourist vehicles for sightseeing, city tours and airport pickups-drops. We book flight ticket through Buddha Air, Yeti Air and Simrik Airlines for the flight from Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan and vice versa.

Is there any communication while we are on tour?

There are telephones and internet facilities available so you can always stay in contact with your family.

Will it be possible to get clothes washed/Laundry?

Laundry service is easily available at your hotel and there are many laundry stores in the Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan. Please note that laundry service is not included in the tour package price.

Do your guides have tour guide certificate? Have they received first aid training for high altitude?

Yes, they have received training from NATHM (Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management).They have also received high altitude first aid training from KEEP (Kathmandu Environmental Education Project).

Do I need to tip my guide and driver?

Actually tipping is not compulsory, but small gesture of thanks to your guides and local porters. The level of the tip should reflect the level of satisfaction from and personal involvement with your guide.
