Day 01 :

Arrival at Kathmandu (1,350m). Transfer to Hotel:

Day 02 :

Day in Kathmandu. Sightseeing and reparation. Overnight at hotel:

Day in Kathmandu. Everest alpine Trekking looks after the arrangement of necessary visa and permit. You will guided by our tour guide to temples and other monuments in Kathmandu valley. Pashupatinath temple, Gujeswori temple, Bauddhanath and Kathmandu durbar squire. Final preparation of the trip and overnight.

Day 03 :

Fly to Gonggar Airport. Drive to Lhasa (3,650m). Overnight at Hotel:

Drive to International airport of Kathmandu. It is a scenic 1-hour flight to Lhasa. It is flying with Air China or with Sichuan Airlines. reach Gonggar airport. Our Tibetan guide will pick up you and drop to Lhasa city. Rest for acclimatization. Dinner at restaurant.

Day 04 :

Sightseeing in Lhasa. overnight at Hotel:

Guide from TEverest alpine Trekking will lead you sightseeing in historical places around Lhasa. Jokhang temple, the house of Lord Buddha was found in 647 Ad by King Songtsen Gampo. Founded in 1419 Ad Sera monastery is university for monks. Another visit today, Drepung Monastery is also a university of over 7700 monks.

Day 05 :

Second day sightseeing in Lhasa. Overnight at Hotel:

After your breakfast in hotel start sightseeing in Lhasa. Potala palace in Lhasa is house of Dalai Lama until 1959. It is listed in world’s heritage sites and one of the wonder of the world. Another attraction Norbulinka palace is traditional summer palace of Dalai Lama built from 1755. Visit Barkhor squire which is old market of Lhasa.

Day 06 :

Drive to Shigatse. (270km/ 7 Houra - 3,800 miters) Overnight at Hotel:

Drive start after your breakfast in Lhasa. You can view golden field on the bank of Lhasa River. Passing several high passes get clear view of Tibetan Himalayas and giant glacier called Khorala glacier 7200 miter high. Reach Shigatse, second largest city in Tibet and administrative center of west Tibet. Mount Everest is just 5 hours driving from here.

Day 07 :

Drive to Lhatse (156 km/ 4 Hours - 3,950 miters) Overnight at Hotel:

Today is short driving from Shigatse to Lhaste. It helps you to be used to in altitude, more helpful for your Kailash parikrama. Drive through different landform. Plateau landscape, greenery field, Rivers, barley fields, high mountains pass and Typical Tibetan villages.

Day 08 :

Drive to Saga (300km/ 6 Hours - 4,450 miters) overnight at Guest House:

Today you enter at Ngari region of Tibet. Saga is one of the Tibetan towns at western Tibet and it is also known as an entrance town of Mount Kailash and Lake Mansarovar. We can view several lakes, nomad tents, their chasing Yaks and Ships. By late afternoon we cross Brahmaputra River to get Saga town.

Day 09 :

Drive to Lake Manasarovar (370km/7 Hours - 4,580 Miters). Overnight at Guest House:

Journey start with full of excitement to see first view of Mount Kailash and lake Mansarovar. Reach at small town Chiu Gumba for overnight. You also can visit Chiu monastery at top hill near bank of Mansarovar. Enjoy evening and night with good view of Mount Kailash.

Day 10 :

Exploration of Manasarovar and drive to Darchen 40km/ 1 Hour - 4,575 miters). Overnight at guest house:

You will have enough time to explore Lake Manasarovar and surroundings. It is only short drive to Darchen and we will do it only after Lunch. Darchen is the base camp of Mount Kailash from where we start our Kailash Parikrama. preparation of Kora and stay overnight.

Day 11 :

Drive to valley of the God (7km). Start Kailash Parikrama (trekking 4/5 Hours). Reach at Derapuk (4,900 miters) and overnight at Guest House:

Early in the morning, start driving to Valley of the God. If you have chosen your personal horse and helper, you will meet here. It is about 18 kilometers easy walking toward Derapuk. North Face of Kailash. Our Kitchen team provide you light and warm dinner. Overnight at guest house.

Day 12 :

Second day of Kailash Parikrama. Reach at Juthulpuk (4,760m) via Dolma La pass (5,623m). Overnight at guest house:

Second day of Kailash Parikrama is a tough day of the Yatra. Start early in the morning. tough uphill till Dolma La pass and immediately serious downhill till basic tea house at bottom of hill. then easy walking to Juthulpuk. It is trekking route entirely and takes about 9 hours in total. Simple dinner provided by our team in Juthulpuk.

Day 13 :

Third day of Kailash Kora. Drive back to Saga and Overnight at guest house:

Third day of Kailash parikrama is final day of Parikrama. It is easy walking about 3 hours till Darchen and drive back to Saga via same way. You also can fill holy water at Lake Manasarovar.

Day 14 :

Drive back to Shigatse. Overnight at Hotel:

It is same way drive back to Shigatse from Saga. All the Nepali staff team will leave you from here. You will have enough time to visit Shigatse city at late afternoon time. You dinner will be at a restaurant.

Day 15 :

Drive back to Lhasa. Overnight at Hotel:

Driving same way back to Lhasa. It is long driving at the end of the tour. transfer to hotel and final pack to get your early flight tomorrow to Kathmandu.

Day 16 :

Fly back to Kathmandu. Overnight at Hotel:

Early in the morning, drive to Gonggar Airport from Lhasa city. Pick up you from Kathmandu Airport and transfer to Hotel. Rest of the day is free.

Day 17 :

Depart from Kathmandu to your home, Airport drop.
